| dc.description.abstract | O presente trabalho encontra-se dividido em duas partes, sendo a primeira dedicada ao Relatório de Estágio, realizado no âmbito do Mestrado em Ciências do Desporto e no ramo de Treino Desportivo, durante época 2021/22 e parte da época 2022/23, no escalão seniores de futebol profissional do Sporting Clube da Covilhã. A segunda parte foi dedicada ao trabalho de investigação realizado no mesmo contexto acima citado, em que o objetivo do trabalho passou por avaliar e comparar a carga externa de cada um dos jogadores da linha defensiva, em três jogos não oficiais (pré época) e três jogos oficiais da Liga Portugal 2 SABSEG, época 2022/23. A intenção passou por investigar a o grau de similaridade de alguns dados relativos à carga externa dos jogadores, de modo a entender os possíveis percursores de alterações da carga de treino entre jogos oficiais e não oficiais, sempre com base no contexto de cada jogo e suas características particulares. O grande objetivo é procurar vincular a ciência, os dados provenientes do Global Positioning System (GPS) e o tipo de análise utilizado na rotina diária de trabalho das equipas técnicas no futebol profissional, ou seja, unir a teoria e a prática em prol de aumento do rendimento desportivo de uma equipa de futebol profissional. Os resultados evidenciaram diferenças significativas no que diz respeito às variáveis relacionadas com movimentos explosivos, como por exemplo duelos ou movimentos de aceleração, as quais naturalmente tendem a ser mais frequentes em jogos oficiais. Por este motivo, concluiu-se que quanto mais for possível criar contextos similares entre os jogos de preparação e os jogos oficiais, mais fácil será a adaptação do jogador aos estímulos da competição. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | The present document is divided into two parts, the first being dedicated to the Internship Report, in Sports Training specialization, during the 2021/22 season and part of the 2022/23 season, in the professional football of Sporting Clube da Covilha. The second part is dedicated to the investigation in the same context mentioned above, in which the objective of the work was to evaluate and compare the external load of each of the players of the defensive line, in three unofficial games (pre-season) and three official matches of Liga Portugal 2 SABSEG, season 2022/23. The intention was to investigate the similarity or difference between the data related to the external load of the players, to understand the possible reasons for the similarities or differences between them, always based on the context of each game and their particulars characteristics. The main goal of the dissertation is to try to link science, the data from Global Positioning System (GPS) and the type of analysis used in the daily routine of professional football teams, getting able to unite theory and practice in favor of increasing the sporting performance in a professional football team. The results showed significant differences related to explosive movements, such as duels or acceleration movements, which naturally tend to be more frequent in official games. For this reason, the conclusion is that the more it is possible to create similar contexts between the preparation games and official games, the easier it will be to adapt to the competition stimuli. | eng |
