Abstract(s)
Nesta demanda, o estudo aqui
A água possibilita à Arquitetura múltiplas valências:
A água é matéria
encontra as intervenções arquitetónicas.
The problematic of the place has always raised several questions and, when it is analyzed, from the point of view of the context in direct contact with the sea, inevitably new questions are generated. The Architecture of Nature – that is, the framing in the landscape, the importance of the place and the elements present – ends up coming into confrontation with the Architecture of Man, often limiting and/or regulating it. In this demand, this study intends to explore design strategies that respond to the exercise of designing on nature, so that the final result is the result of a consonant connection, through different origins. How can the water element be considered matter in/of Architecture? How can the typology under study take full advantage of all the specificities of the place, without compromising its essence? The presence of the water element in architecture deserves special attention due to the potential it gives to architectural space. Water enables architecture to have multiple aspects: regeneration, immersion, symbolic representation, dissolution, decomposition and multiplication of forms and reflection of sounds and lights. It can become a symbol of life, whose presence no longer defines only the human body, the earth, animals and plants, and thus becomes indispensable to architectural life. To unify two elements with such distinct characteristics: the organicity of the rocks and the geometry that architecture presents, as well as taking advantage of the place's natural depressions, in order to create unique sensations at each step taken, when experiencing the space; Carving the coastline, without taking away the authenticity of the place, creating a sense of continuation - of infinity - and that, when diving in this, irregular and paradisiacal spot of Praia de Laranjeiras, continues to be a unique place, of immersion and undoubted balance between the Architecture of Man and the Architecture of Nature. Concluding, it is understood that proposing an intervention for the Natural Pool on the slope of Praia de Laranjeiras, in Balneário Camboriú, in southern Brazil, would be a project exercise that requires the search for new knowledge that complements the training in Architecture whose cycle if you want to conclude with this work. Thus, this dissertation is aimed at two aspects: in one hand, the definition of a program that is defined by the design of a natural pool and a pontoon that emphasizes the natural geography of the terrain; and, on the other hand, by the design of a route through a rocky environment, which guides the passer-by along a path that seeks to pay tribute to Nature until the moment when it encounters the architectural intervention.
