Abstract(s)
Neste trabalho pretendo explorar “Os sentidos na cidade”, de forma a compreender como o ser humano lida com o meio e este, de forma bidireccional, lida com o ser, estudando a evolução dessa percepção e troca entre eles ao longo dos tempos.
O trabalho está dividido em três capítulos sendo o primeiro inteiramente dedicado aos sentidos e a sua forma de funcionamento. Sem sentidos o ser não seria o que é hoje, nem estaria apto a superar os desafios que o mundo proporciona.
O segundo capítulo dedica-se a compreender a evolução do ser humano até a chegada da sociedade, onde tenta compreender a vida aí inserida até os dias de hoje. Desta forma, neste capítulo destaca-se os principais momentos desde a descoberta da primeira fogueira até a chegada da grande revolução industrial.
Por fim, o terceiro capítulo preocupa-se em compreender a relação entre a cidade e os sentidos, destacando a forma como cada ser reage com o entorno, realçando a passagem de cada sentido na cidade.
In this work "The senses in the city" are analyzed, in order to understand how human beings deal with the environment and the environment itself, in a bidirectional way, deals with the human beings, studying the evolution of the perceptions between them over time. This work is divided into three chapters, where the first one is dedicated to the senses and its way of acting. Without senses, the human beings would not be what are today, nor would be able to overcome the challenges that the world provides. The second chapter is dedicated to understanding the evolution of man until the arrival of society, where tries to understand the inserted therein life until today. Thus, in this chapter we highlight the key moments since the discovery of the first fire until the arrival of the industrial revolution. Finally, the third chapter is concerned to understand the relationship between the city and the senses, highlighting how each one reacted with the surroundings, and the its passage in the city.
