O trabalho realizado e desenvolvido no presente relatĆ³rio de estĆ”gio corresponde ao ano letivo 2017/2018, onde a entidade acolhedora foi o Rio Ave Futebol Clube, que foi orientado pelo AntĆ³nio Calado, preparador fĆsico do plantel SĆ©nior e Chefe do departamento RAR.
Este estĆ”gio teve como objetivo controlar e monitorizar cargas de treino, de forma a potenciar o desempenho desportivo dos jogadores do plantel sĆ©nior mas tambĆ©m a auxiliar a prevenĆ§Ć£o de lesƵes dos mesmos.
Numa fase inicial deste relatĆ³rio apresenta-se uma breve descriĆ§Ć£o da entidade de acolhimento e a minha Ć”rea de intervenĆ§Ć£o dentro da mesma, os objetivos do estĆ”gio, que tipo de trabalho se desenvolveu, materiais utilizados e ainda um breve estado de arte sobre o conhecimento no Ć¢mbito da atividade profissional desenvolvida que sustente intervenĆ§Ć£o profissional.
Em seguida serĆ£o abordadas quais as estratĆ©gias de intervenĆ§Ć£o e de controlo como tambĆ©m uma breve introduĆ§Ć£o Ć investigaĆ§Ć£o que se realizou neste Ć¢mbito com base na experiĆŖncia obtida.
Por fim Ć© realizada uma reflexĆ£o crĆtica em relaĆ§Ć£o ao trabalho desenvolvido, relacionando o conhecimento obtido nesta Ć”rea com o trabalho de investigaĆ§Ć£o realizado.
The work done and developed in this internship report is related to the school year of 2017/2018, the working entity was Rio Ave Football Club, which was guided by AntĆ³nio Calado, physical coach of the professional squad and chief of the RAR department. The objective of this internship was to control and monitor workloads, in order to maximize the sports performance of the players of the professional squad and to prevent their injury risk. At the start of this report there is a brief description of the working entity and of my area of intervention, the internship objectives, what kind of work was developed, materials used and a brief state of art about the knowledge within the professional activity developed that sustains professional intervention. Up next, the intervention and control strategies will be addressed as well as a brief introduction to the investigation that could be done having as base the experience obtained. Lastly, a critical reflection about the developed work is done, relating the knowledge obtained in this field with the investigation work.
