Abstract(s)
O empreendedorismo pode ser visto como um dos processos de identificar
oportunidades de negócios, desenvolver ideias inovadoras e até mesmo criar novos
empreendimentos. Poderá também contribuir de inúmeras formas para o
desenvolvimento de um país, pois além de gerar empregos, o empreendedorismo tende
a ajudar a contribuir para o desenvolvimento de novas tecnologias, produtos e/ou
serviços agregando valor para o mercado de consumo. A presente investigação tem por
objetivo principal, analisar se os estudantes de cursos profissionalizantes, quando
expostos a atividades de ensino ligadas ao empreendedorismo, são influenciados a
empreender. Além disso, o estudo discute a associação entre o ensino para o
empreendedorismo e a sua influência na intenção empreendedora de estudantes. Para
testar empiricamente as hipóteses formuladas, foram aplicados os dados obtidos com
recurso a 321 questionários, feitos a estudantes de curso profissionalizante em uma
instituição de ensino técnico profissionalizante no interior do Amazonas – Brasil. O
método utilizado foi análise estatística que envolveu medidas de estatística descritiva
(frequências absolutas e relativas, médias e respetivos desvios-padrão) e estatística
inferencial. Os resultados obtidos mostram que a atividades de ensino para o
empreendedorismo influenciam positivamente na intenção empreendedora futura de
estudantes de curso profissionalizante. Verificou-se que os estudantes de curso
profissionalizante têm pretensão em desenvolver seu próprio negócio ao final do seu
curso. E que, um ambiente escolar que proporcione atividades relacionadas com o
ensino do empreendedorismo, proporciona a segurança para o estudante criar seu
próprio negócio no futuro.
Entrepreneurship can be seen as one of the processes of identifying business opportunities, develop innovative ideas and even create a new one enterprise. You can also contribute in a number of ways to the development of a country, because in addition to generating jobs, entrepreneurship tends to help contribute to the development of new technologies, products and/or services adding value to the consumer market. This research has for main objective, to analyze whether students of vocational courses, when exposed to teaching activities related to entrepreneurship, are influenced to undertake. Next, the study discusses the association between teaching for the entrepreneurship and its influence on the entrepreneurial intent of students. Towards empirically test the hypotheses formulated, 321 questionnaires were applied to students of vocational course in a technical education institution professionalizing in the interior of Amazonas – Brazil. The method used was analysis statistics that involved measures of descriptive statistics (absolute frequencies and relative, means and their standard deviations) and inferential statistics. The results obtained show that the teaching activities for entrepreneurship influence positively in the future entrepreneurial intention of course students vocational. It was found that the students of vocational course have Focus on developing your own business at the end of your course. And that, an environment school that provides related activities brings safety for the student to create your own business in the future.
