Abstract(s)
O presente Relatório de Estágio enquadra-se no trabalho final de Mestrado em Optometria em Ciências da Visão e apresenta o trabalho desenvolvido nas Clínicas Leite em Coimbra, um estágio observacional na área de exames complementares de diagnóstico.
A estrutura do relatório passa por uma introdução ao local do estágio, uma fundamentação teórica sobre a Coriorretinopatia Serosa Central e avaliação do caso clínico. A análise do caso clínico começa com uma anamnese ao doente, de forma a reter as informações mais importantes e as suas queixas, seguidamente encontram-se os exames efectuados em concordância com a assistente, o Prof. Doutor Eugénio Leite e os ortoptistas, esses exames são a refracção, a medição da PIO, a biomicroscopia, a fundoscopia e os exames complementares. O diagnóstico é feito após análise dos resultados obtidos e na fase final são apresentados tratamentos e formas de intervenção.
De forma a terminar o relatório apresenta-se uma conclusão sobre todos os conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo do estágio.
The present Internship Report is part of the final work of the Master's Degree in Optometry in Vision Sciences and presents the work developed at the Clínicas Leite in Coimbra, an observational stage in the area of complementary diagnostic tests. The structure of the report consists of an introduction to the stage site, a theoretical ground on Central Serous Chorioretinopathy and evaluation of the clinical case. The analysis of the clinical case begins with an anamnesis to the patient, in order to retain the most important information and their complaints, followed by the examinations carried out in agreement with the assistent, Prof. Dr. Eugénio Leite and orthoptists, these tests are refraction, measurement of IOP, biomicroscopy, fundoscopy and complementary examinations. The diagnosis is made after the analysis of the results obtained and in the final phase are presented treatments and forms of intervention. In order to complete the report, a conclusion is drawn on all the knowledge acquired during the internship.
