Abstract(s)
A missão
This business plan aims to establish New College Nzinga, an educational institution offering primary and first cycle basic education, located in the KK 5000 urbanization in the capital of Angola. The central motivation for this venture arises from the observation that Luanda’s increasing population density, especially in new urban developments, has caused a significant shortage of available spots in public schools, along with a lack of capacity and great distances to existing private schools. The school's mission is to provide excellent education, emphasizing innovation and adaptation to social demands, with a focus on the comprehensive development of students through current methodologies and the use of technological resources. The project intends to attract dissatisfied parents and guardians, particularly regarding curriculum quality and innovation, by offering an environment conducive to the development of diverse skills and academic growth. The differentiation strategy involves investing in service quality, creating new curricula of social interest, and implementing digital technologies into daily learning from early childhood to the 9th grade. This approach aims to redefine education in the region through a more modern perspective aligned with the demands of the 21st century. Construction of the school’s physical infrastructure is expected to be completed by 2026, creating approximately twenty-nine direct jobs. The initial investment is estimated at 61,785 euros, financed through personal capital, partners, and bank credit lines, with a projected return in approximately three years. Overall, this venture identifies a high potential market, given the regional deficit of quality education, the high number of children outside the education system, and the increasing demand for accessible and innovative educational services aligned with the current needs of Angolan society.
