Abstract(s)
Este trabalho tem como objetivo a constituição de normas para os diversos parâmetros do teste ADEMd. Para isso, foi consultada uma base de dados com cerca de 1156 sujeitos com idades compreendidas entre os 14 e os 83 anos, distribuídos em 14 grupos de 5 anos.
Cada um dos parâmetros do teste foi estudado em termos de género e idade, verificando-se que apenas os tempos de leitura das placas e os erros apresentavam diferenças significativas entre género. Já em relação à idade conclui-se que as primeiras alterações significativas nos tempos de leitura aparecem por volta dos 48 anos nas mulheres e 53 nos homens. Também se verificou que o tempo de leitura aumenta com a idade.
This work aims at establishing standards for the ADEMd test parameters. For this, we consulted a database with 1156 subjects aged 14 to 83 years, distributed into 14 five year groups. Each of the test parameters was studied in terms of gender and age, showing that only the reading times of the plates and the errors displayed significant differences between genders. With regard to age it is concluded that the initial significant changes in reading times appear around 48 years in women and 53 men. It was also found that the reading time increases with age.
