Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho prático de projeto é referente ao projeto de arquitetura, referente à
ampliação de um edifício destinado a centro de dia, para implementação de uma Estrutura
Residencial para Pessoas Idosas, sita na vila de Ervedosa do Douro, região Duriense. A
intervenção passa por reabilitar o edifício existente e pela sua ampliação respeitando a sua
forma exterior e recorrendo aos materiais caracterizadores da região, sem descurar a devida
inserção com a envolvente. O projeto será desenvolvido tendo em conta os procedimentos
regulamentares, contemplando todas as fases, desde o estudo prévio até ao projeto de
execução.
The present architecture project is related to the expansion of a building destined to day care center for the implementation of a Residential Structure for the Elderly located in the village of Ervedosa do Douro, Duriense region. The intervention is to rehabilitate the existing building and its extension respecting its external shape and using the materials that characterize the region, without neglecting the proper insertion with the surrounding. The project will be developed taking into account the regulatory procedures, contemplating all phases, from the previous study to the execution project.
