Este projeto, conducente ao grau de Mestre, evidencia a importância de um plano de
negócios como instrumento fundamental para a organização, viabilidade de mercado e
económica e financeira de um projeto na área da Tecelagem Artesanal.
Este estudo permite avaliar, desenvolver e ampliar conhecimentos por forma a tornar o
projeto “Moagem do Linho” uma realidade e para transformar uma ideia num negócio.
Este projeto diferenciador permite oferecer um produto inovador e de qualidade, quer a
nível das matérias-primas, do design e do conceito, fruto das parcerias com outros
designer e artesãos, permitindo oferecer um produto único e de excelência, que
pretende chegar à indústria têxtil de luxo.
Para que possa ser realizado este trabalho e fazer a sua avaliação económica pretendo
elaborar um Plano de Negócios, recorrendo à estrutura de um plano de negócios, onde
são abordadas a análise de mercado, a análise envolvente e sectorial, o plano
estratégico, o plano de marketing, a organização e recursos humanos afetos à operação
e por fim a análise económica e financeira que irá demonstrar e concluir a viabilidade
do projeto “Moagem do Linho”.
This project, leading to a Master's degree, shows the importance of a business plan as a fundamental tool for the organization, market viability, and economic and financial viability of a project in the field of Craft Weaving. This study allows us to evaluate, develop and expand knowledge to make the “Moagem do Linho” project a reality and to transform an idea into a business. This distinctive project allows us to offer a quality and innovative product, both in terms of the quality of the raw materials, the design and the innovative way in which it is associated through partnerships with other designers and artisans, offering a unique and excellent product, which aims to reach the luxury textile industry. In order to carry out this work and make its economic assessment, I intend to prepare a Business Plan, using the structure of a business plan, which addresses the market analysis, the environmental and sectoral analysis, the strategic plan, the marketing plan, the organization and human resources assigned to the operation and finally the economic and financial analysis that will demonstrate and conclude the viability of the “Moagem do Linho” project.
