Abstract(s)
A prática desportiva é uma mais-valia, quando repercutida da escola para a comunidade, ligada
com o desporto federado. Esta é uma oportunidade, que prevê uma dependência entre a política
desportiva de um município, com os projetos educativos da escola e desportivos dos clubes, num
objetivo de desenvolvimento desportivo articulado entre todos. Neste trabalho, pretendemos
identificar quais os pressupostos de articulação entre o desporto escolar e federado para o
desenvolvimento do Futsal, tendo por base a opinião de peritos e a avaliação de um programa de
articulação de um clube com o desporto escolar (Academia de Futsal dos Amigos de Cerva). Para
tal, foi criada uma entrevista semiestruturada para aplicação a treinadores peritos e um inquérito
de satisfação, para os pais dos atletas que integraram a Academia de Futsal dos Amigos de Cerva
na época 21_22. Os resultados das entrevistas reforçam que o modelo é vantajoso para concelhos
de baixa densidade populacional, fomentando a formação de base e fidelizando os alunos à prática
desportiva e ao futsal, contribuindo para o desenvolvimento do desporto federado, incluindo
todos os benefícios que a prática desportiva pode dar à população estudantil com base na
massificação desportiva do modelo. Os inquiridos manifestaram que a academia se deve manter
na escola, devendo ser introduzido em outras escolas e beneficiar mais alunos. A convergência de
interesses entre a Autarquia, os Clubes e a Escola, prioriza as crianças com este projeto,
fomentando a prática e o desenvolvimento da formação de base desportiva, capitalizando o
desporto como fenómeno de coesão comunitária e fomento de cultura desportiva, sendo uma das
maiores armas publicitárias do nosso País.
The practice of sports is an asset, when passed on from the school to the community, linked with federated sport. This is an opportunity, which provides for a dependency between the sports policy of a municipality, with the educational projects of the school and sports clubs, in an objective of sports development articulated between all. In this work, we intend to identify the assumptions of articulation between school and federated sport for the development of Futsal, based on the opinion of experts and the evaluation of a program of articulation of a club with school sport (Academia de Futsal dos Amigos de Cerva). To this end, a semi-structured interview was created for application to expert coaches and one satisfaction survey, for parents of athletes who were part of the Amigos de Cerva Futsal Academy in the 21_22 season. The results of the interviews reinforce that the model is advantageous for municipalities with a low population density, promoting basic training and retaining students in sports and futsal, contributing to the development of federated sport, including all the benefits that the practice of sports can bring. give to the student population based on the sporting massification of the model. Respondents expressed that the academy should remain in the school and should be introduced in other schools and benefit more students. The convergence of interests between the Municipality, the Clubs and the School, prioritizes children with this project, encouraging the practice and development of sports-based training, capitalizing on sport as a phenomenon of community cohesion and promotion of sports culture, being one of the biggest advertising weapons in our country.
