| dc.description.abstract | A criação de práticas colaborativas entre estabelecimentos de ensino distanciados, mas pertencentes a um mesmo agrupamento, mudou a cultura escolar. O D L 75/2008 de 22 de Abril veio incentivar a articulação, focando também a importância no proporcionar de um percurso sequencial e articulado aos alunos e ao favorecimento da transição entre os vários níveis de ensino. Este aspeto, veio a ser reforçado, mais tarde, pelo Decreto-Lei n.º 137/2012, de 2 de Julho, que procede à reorganização da rede escolar através do agrupamento e agregação de escolas, no que concerne à articulação, pelo que, sustentamos que a ferramenta está na mão de educadores e professores. O presente estudo preocupa-se em compreender e conhecer como se processa a articulação na transição das crianças do ensino pré-escolar para o 1º ciclo do ensino básico. Assim, esta investigação tem como objetivo a análise da articulação praticada pelos docentes dos respetivos departamentos, tendo em vista a continuidade e sequencialidade do percurso escolar das crianças, de forma a minimizar o choque das transições entre ciclos. Pretendendo saber que ações estão na base da articulação entre o ensino Pré-Escolar do Jardim de Infância (JI) A e o 1º Ciclo da Escola Básica (CEB) B foi feita pesquisa nos dois estabelecimentos de ensino, pertencentes ao mesmo agrupamento. Procurou-se analisar a cultura de articulação existente, adotando a metodologia qualitativa, com recurso a entrevistas semiestruturadas realizadas a oito docentes, educadores de infância e professores do primeiro ciclo do ensino básico. Segundo os indicadores e o conhecimento que se tem da legislação, é necessário fazer a “ponte” entre a regulação e o trabalho conjunto. É nesta união que a articulação se processa, promovendo a cooperação entre docentes e procurando adequar o currículo às necessidades específicas dos alunos. No intento de prosseguir este caminho e alcançar a meta, os docentes referem algumas “pistas” que dão resposta à questão inicialmente colocada. Entre as principais conclusões obtidas destacam-se: a necessidade de uma mudança de cultura escolar onde predomine o trabalho em equipa, sustentáculo da articulação; concessão de tempos essenciais para a operacionalização da cultura existente; a importância ada à organização entre os coordenadores dos departamento a quem cabe, segundo a legislação, promover, em ligação com a direcção, a articulação, programando, sugerindo ou propondo vários momentos de articulação, com tempos/reuniões indicados para a sua materialização. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | The creation of collaborative practices among distant schools but belonging to the same group changed the scholar culture. The DL 75/2008 of April 22nd has encouraged the articulation, also focusing on the importance of providing a sequential and articulated course to students and favoring the transition between the various levels of education. This aspect was later reinforced by the DL 137/2012 of July 2nd, performing the reorganization of the school network by grouping and aggregation of schools in relation to the articulation by which we inferred that the tool is in the hands of educators and teachers. The present study is concerned to understand and know how is the articulation in the transition of children from pre-school to the 1st cycle of basic education. Thus, this research aims to analyze the articulation practiced by the teachers of the respective departments, with the aim of continuing the sequential formal education of children, in order to minimize the shock of transitions between cycles. The survey was conducted in two schools of the same group, a kindergarten and a school of the 1st cycle of basic education. We tried to analyze the culture of existing articulation, adopting a qualitative methodology, using semi-structured interviews to eight teachers, kindergarten teachers and teachers of the first cycle of basic education. According to the indicators and knowledge that we have of the legislation, it is necessary to make a "bridge" between regulation and work together. It is in this union that the articulation occurs, promoting cooperation among teachers and trying to adapt the curriculum to the specific needs of students. Trying to pursue this path and reach the goal, teachers relate some "clues" that answer the question initially posed. Based on the results obtained we present the main conclusions: a change in school culture where teamwork prevails, mainstay of the articulation; granting of time essential to the operation of the existing culture. The best way is without doubt the organization among the coordinators of departments, because, under the law, it is up to them to promote it in connection with the direction that must program, suggest or propose various moments of articulation, with times/meetings indicated for its materialization. | |
