| dc.description.abstract | A presente dissertação aborda o tema da sustentabilidade, no setor da construção desde a fase de projeto á fase de execução do edifício. Até a atualidade as escolhas do Homem não foram as mais indicadas para promover a sustentabilidade do meio ambiente, sendo o setor da construção um dos setores que mais contribui para a deterioração do mesmo. As escolhas e atitudes projetuais não são baseadas em fatores sustentáveis, não se tem pensado na construção em longo prazo e os materiais e técnicas de construção aplicadas são descurados em prol da estética ou da economia. Atualmente é necessário reconstruir e reabilitar, sendo que dentro da reabilitação e da reconstrução é necessário estudar e empregar meios sustentáveis, para salvaguardar diferentes recursos para outras gerações. Existem sistemas construtivos que podemos empregar de modo a tornar mais sustentável os nossos edifícios mas para isso temos que estudar esses mesmos sistemas, e as eficiências que eles nos podem trazer, assim como fazer uma análise as suas vantagem e desvantagens, devemos estar com atenção aos materiais e tecnologias que vão surgindo de modo a estarmos preparados a utiliza-las em benefício da sustentabilidade do nosso projeto. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | This dissertation addresses the issue of sustainability in the construction sector from the design phase to the implementation phase of the building. Until today the Human choices were not the most suitable to promote environmental sustainability, and the construction industry one of the sectors that contributes most to the deterioration of it. The choices and projective attitudes are not based on sustainable factors, there is no thought in building long-term and materials and construction techniques applied are neglected for the sake of aesthetics or economics. Currently it is necessary to rebuild and rehabilitate, and in the rehabilitation and reconstruction is necessary to study and employ sustainable means to safeguard different resources to other generations. There are building systems that can employ in order to make our buildings more sustainable but for that we must study these same systems, and efficiencies that they can bring us, as well as to analyze their advantages and disadvantages, we must be with attention to materials and technologies that are emerging in order to be prepared to use them to benefit the sustainability of our project. | eng |
