A necessidade de as empresas estarem mais perto dos consumidores e de os conhecerem
melhor, obriga as marcas a inovar na comunicação e estratégia que levam a cabo. A chegada
da Internet, redes socais, e-mail marketing, entre outras ferramentas, facilitaram a
comunicação das empresas com os clientes fazendo com que estas estejam mais próximas
dos mesmos, dando assim origem ao marketing digital.
O presente documento relata as tarefas desempenhadas como assistente de marketing
digital do mercado português, os desafios e problemas encontrados assim como a suas
soluções. Relata também um pouco do que é o marketing tradicional, o marketing digital e
as suas possíveis ferramentas.
A experiência como estagiária foi realizada no Reino Unido, numa empresa de produtos
reutilizáveis para bebés, a Bambino Mio, LDA.

The arrival of the Internet, social networks, e-mail marketing, among other tools, have facilitated the communication of companies with their customers, bringing them closer to them, giving origin to the digital marketing. This document reports the tasks performed as digital marketing assistant of the Portuguese market, the challenges and problems found as well as their solutions. It also describes a little of what is traditional marketing, digital marketing and its possible tools. The experience as a trainee was carried out in the United Kingdom, in a company of reusable products for babies, Bambino Mio, LDA.
