O relatório de estágio é realizado com o objetivo de demonstrar e refletir todo o
trabalho realizado no Agrupamento de Escolas do Fundão no presente ano letivo
2019/2020. O objetivo principal deste Estágio foi verificar os conhecimentos práticos e
teóricos adquiridos ao longo da Licenciatura em Ciências do Desporto e Mestrado em
Ensino de Educação Física, para considerar-se apto para a lecionação de aulas de
educação física até ao 12ºano de escolaridade. Este relatório apresenta, todos os
documentos relativos à descrição da planificação, lecionação e estratégias de
intervenção de ensino inseridos numa turma 11º ano do ensino secundário e numa
turma 6º ano de escolaridade.
O projeto de investigação, estudo incidindo na turma do ensino secundário, aplicou-se
o método de treino Tabata, para verificar a evolução da aptidão física dos alunos na
bateria de testes FitEscola.
The internship report is carried out with the aim of demonstrating and reflecting all the work carried out in the Fundão School Group in this school year 2019/2020. The main objective of this Internship was to verify the practical and theoretical knowledge acquired throughout the Degree in Sports Sciences and Master's degree in Physical Education Teaching, to consider ones fit for teaching physical education classes up to the 12th year of schooling. This report presents all documents related to the description of planning, teaching and teaching intervention strategies inserted in a class 11th year of secondary education and in a class 6th year of schooling. For the research project, the study inserted in the secondary school class was based on the Tabata training method, to verify the evolution of the physical fitness of the students in the FitEscola test battery.
