Abstract(s)
implementação deste campo do design.
The focus of this dissertation is based on the affective and emotional relationship that users establish with the objects of industrial design. It takes in consideration the environmental impact inherent in the design of objects on the current global economic system, where obsolescence is programmed. Thus, seeking to understand how Emotionally Durable Design, can extend the lifetime of objects, through the creation of emotional connections without compromising the economy. The themes studied are delve through the presentation and analysis of a methodological tool for implementing this type of design. Moreover, it is intended to understand the role of design in these contexts, as well, in which aspects this relationship will be influenced by the future of technology, by the creation of functionalities and emergence of new paradigms. Finally, selected examples are also presented and examined, with the aim of better determining possible results and perspectives.
