Abstract(s)
Sendo o principal objetivo elaborar este relatório no âmbito do mestrado em marketing, serão
desenvolvidos ao longo deste trabalho aspetos que evidenciem a importância e o impacto que as
empresas de animação de eventos têm na sociedade em geral, abordando o caso específico da
empresa Izifun, uma empresa de animação e organização de todo o tipo de eventos. Com isto,
será abordada a temática desses eventos, a oportunidade de comunicar junto do público-alvo, de
forma a criar uma relação e os consequentes efeitos desses eventos para a comunidade em geral.
Os eventos são uma excelente forma de divulgar a oferta da empresa. Existem inúmeras
vantagens para quem os solicita. Os eventos conseguem tomar outra proporção quando
beneficiam das artes e da animação para enriquecer a sua dinamização.
Um profissional de marketing possibilita a uma determinada empresa a construção de
relacionamentos com os seus públicos de forma a garantir que tanto o cliente como a
organização fiquem satisfeitos e com as suas expectativas superadas.
A Izifun trabalha com mais de trinta Municípios para os quais a estagiária é nomeada como
responsável pela organização de grande parte dos eventos de cultura de cada região. Para além
destes clientes, fornece a toda a restante sociedade eventos de caracter mais privado como
eventos festivos: aniversários, casamentos e batizados, radicais: paintball, corporate: team
building e ativação de marca, animação: aluguer de insufláveis, animação de rua, entre outros e
agenciamento: promoção de eventos. Os eventos são construídos por toda a equipa e realizados
por animadores formados.
O facto de a estagiária ter estagiado numa empresa que trabalha com vários públicos e que
produz qualquer tipo de evento, permitiu-lhe ganhar muitas valências a nível profissional, como
por exemplo: aplicar as estratégias de marketing nos eventos, conhecer o mercado, estudar a
concorrência, delinear campanhas e preparar ações publicitárias para divulgação dos serviços e
valor da marca. No trabalho são mencionadas e expostas todas estas mais-valias que a estagiária
ganhou ao longo dos quatro meses de estágio na Izifun. Para além das competências adquiridas
também é exposto no capítulo final uma proposta de atividade à Izifun.
Being the main objective to prepare this report within the scope of the master's degree in marketing, will be developed throughout this work aspects that evidence the importance and impact that event animation companies have on society in general, addressing the specific case of the company Izifun, an animation company and organization of all kinds of events. With this will be addressed the theme of these events, the opportunity to communicate with the target audience in order to create a relationship and the consequent effects of these events for the community in general. Events are an excellent way to publicize the company's offer. There are numerous advantages for those who request them. The events manage to take on another proportion when they benefit from the arts and animation to enrich their dynamism. A marketing professional allows a particular company to build relationships with its audiences in order to ensure that both the customer and the organization are satisfied and with their expectations. Regarding the specific case, the data collection of this study was carried out through experience and direct and indirect observation of the events, as well as the preparation of the same. Izifun works with more than thirty Municipalities for which she is appointed as responsible for organizing most cultural events in each region. In addition to these clients, it provides the whole society with more private events such as festive events: birthdays, weddings and baptisms, radical: paintball, corporate: team building and brand activation, animation: inflatable rental, street entertainment, among others and agency: promotion of events. The events are built by the whole team and carried out by trained animators. The fact that the intern interned in a company that works with different audiences and produces any type of event, allowed him to gain many skills at a professional level, such as: apply marketing strategies at events, know the market, study the competition, design campaigns and prepare advertising actions to publicize the services and brand value. At work, they are mentioned and exposed all these gains that the intern received over the four months of internship at Izifun. In addition to the skills acquired, is also exposed in the final chapter, an activity proposal to Izifun.
