Abstract(s)
efetuada a submissão a PROSPERO (ID: 313920).
Introduction: The multidimensional view of patients has been emphasized over time. Spiritual and religious care play an extremely important role, especially at the end of a person's life. According to WHO “palliative care is a crucial part of integrated and peoplecentered health services. Alleviating serious health-related suffering, whether physical, psychological, social or spiritual, is a global responsibility”. Spirituality is a human dimension that encompasses the relationship with oneself, with others, with a supreme entity. It encompasses the search for the meaning of life / existence, through concepts that transcend the tangible. This concept acquires great importance in supporting patients at the end of life, so that they assume death as a stage of existence. The COVID-19 pandemic has limited the provision of palliative care. It was necessary to change the way in which this kind of attention was given to safety. Telehealth has been a useful source with the potential to improve clinical effectiveness. This review intends to provide valid elements for the development of new studies and methodologies in the context of palliative criteria spiritual care. Objectives: The aim of this review is to study the importance of spirituality associated with telehealth in end-of-life patients. Methods: For this work, an integrative systematic review with narrative synthesis was chosen, using the PRISMA guidelines, which allows covering a panoply of scientific articles, to obtain a wider knowledge of the subject. In order to achieve the proposed objective, literature research will be used in electronic repositories and other relevant and reliable sources, such as scientific journals in the field of palliative care, to carry out more extensive research. Submission to PROSPERO (ID: 313920) will also be carried out. The analysis of the articles will be based on the PICOD structure.
