dc.description.abstract	O complexo turístico LUZIAMAR abriu ao público no ano 1974, na vila e freguesia de Darque pertencente ao concelho de Viana do Castelo, e durante muitos anos foi um espaço de referência na região norte e na vizinha Galiza, marcando as várias gerações entre os anos setenta, oitenta e noventa. Este espaço acabou por encerrar ao público na década de noventa e encontra-se até aos dias de hoje ao abandono. O tema Reabilitação é cada vez mais discutido e presente na Arquitetura, não só pelas questões de sustentabilidade, mas também pela capacidade de revitalizar áreas e de devolver a vida a espaços que permanecem esquecidos. Pensar arquitetura tendo como mote forma e estrutura é o tema principal na proposta de reabilitação e ampliação do complexo turístico LUZIAMAR.	por
dc.description.abstract	LUZIAMAR tourist complex opened in 1974, and for many years was a reference space in the north and neighboring Galicia, marking various generations between the seventies, and nineties. This space closed to the public in the nineties and it is until today abandoned. The subject “rehabilitation” is a topic that is increasingly discussed and present in Architecture, not only for sustainability issues, but also for the ability to revitalize areas where they are inserted and for the ability to return life to spaces that remain forgotten. Thinking architecture having as focus shape and structure is the main goal of this rehabilitation proposed and expansion of the LUZIAMAR. This is a proposal for the rehabilitation an old tourist complex, on Viana do Castelo, in which it is intended to recover the tourism program of the complex, adding also a residential sector, taking existing architectural language and combining it with a current expression.	eng
