dc.description.abstractO presente RelatĂłrio de EstĂĄgio estĂĄ dividido em duas partes, onde a primeira se refere ao EstĂĄgio Curricular e a segunda ao trabalho de investigação. A finalidade da primeira parte do RelatĂłrio Ă© apresentar o planeamento, a conceção e realização de treinos e jogos durante a presente Ă©poca desportiva (2020/2021) na ĂĄrea do treino desportivo, no Futebol de 11 (sĂ©nior amador), tendo por base a intervenção no Ăąmbito do processo de treino, observação e anĂĄlise do jogo. Na segunda parte do RelatĂłrio o objetivo do estudo realizado centrou-se na anĂĄlise da influĂȘncia dos defesas centrais no processo ofensivo de uma equipa de futebol sĂ©nior amador. Participaram no estudo 5 jogadores (defesas centrais) da equipa onde estagiĂĄmos. Depois de avaliados os jogadores, foram realizados exercĂ­cios especĂ­ficos que procuraram promover comportamentos ofensivos nestes jogadores, sendo posteriormente recolhidos dados dos 5 jogos realizados pelos jogadores na Liga LeitĂŁo BeirĂŁo (2020/2021) num total de 170 açÔes. Os resultados evidenciam que os defesas centrais tiveram influĂȘncia em mais de 20% do processo ofensivo da equipa, sendo que 23% das açÔes o influenciaram de forma direta e 20% de forma indireta atravĂ©s de açÔes ofensivas iniciadas pelos defesas centrais. Podemos assim assumir que os defesas centrais podem influenciar o processo ofensivo da equipa, contribuindo para a criação de situaçÔes de finalização nos jogos, pelo que deverĂĄ ser potenciada a participação dos jogadores com funçÔes defensivas na organização ofensiva da equipa.por
dc.description.abstractThis internship report is divided into two parts, where the first refers to the curricular internship and the second refers to the research work. The purpose of the first part of the report is to present the planning, conception and performance of training and competition during the current sporting season (2020/2021) in sports training, in Football (senior amateur), based on the intervention in the training process, observation and analysis of the game. In the second part of the report, the objective of the study carried out focused on the analysis of the influence of central defenders in the offensive process of a senior amateur football team. Five players (central defenders) from our internship team took part in the study. After evaluating the players, specific exercises were performed to promote offensive behavior. Data from the 5 games played by the players in the Liga LeitĂŁo BeirĂŁo (2020/2021) was collected in a total of 170 actions. The results show that the central defenders had influence in more than 20% of the offensive process of the team, with 23% of the actions influenced directly and 20% indirectly through offensive actions initiated by the central defenders. We can thus assume that the central defenders can influence the offensive process of the team, contributing to the creation of finishing situations in football, so the participation of players with defensive functions in the offensive organization of the team should be enhanced.eng
