Abstract(s)
organizacionais (apoio da gestão de topo; critérios de trabalho; recompensas e incentivos;

To this end, they were identified by Hornsby et al. In this sense, Kuratko et al. This study aims to measure the level of CE to a sample of Portuguese companies, regarding the existence of these five internal organizational antecedents and thus intends to contribute to the validation of CEAI in Portuguese context. The results show the presence of only two of the organizational antecedents identified. In this sense, Portuguese companies need to assess the level of CE to identify and improve their strategic CE capacity with a view to organizational success
