Abstract(s)
A presente dissertação para obtenção do grau de mestre encontra-se dividida em dois capítulos,
sendo que o primeiro é referente à componente de investigação intitulada “Caracterização de
Intoxicações Clínicas - Desenvolvimento de uma Progressive Web Application” e o segundo
descreve a experiência durante o estágio curricular em Farmácia Comunitária.
O Capítulo I contém uma breve caracterização das intoxicações encontradas tanto em Portugal
como no mundo, sendo que no que toca a Portugal primeiramente será possível verificar os dados
que estão disponibilizados no site do Centro de Informação Antivenenos (CIAV) em formato
estatístico, seguido de uma visão mais particular com referência a alguns estudos feitos em
hospitais do país. A partir daí é planificada uma aplicação para notificar as intoxicações ao CIAV
de forma a facilitar a realização de estudos dos perfis de intoxicação em Portugal.
No Capítulo II encontra-se exposto o estágio curricular desenvolvido na Farmácia Crespo, na
Covilhã, no distrito de Castelo Branco, realizado entre 8 de setembro de 2020 e 22 de janeiro de
2021. Neste período, foi possível compreender o funcionamento da farmácia. As funções e
competências do farmacêutico comunitário, assim como a importância do seu papel na
comunidade.
The present dissertation for the Master degree is divided into two chapters; the first concerns research and is titled "Characterization of Clinic Intoxications - Development of Progressive Web Application", while the second describes the experience during the curricular internship at the community pharmacy. Chapter I contains a brief characterization of the intoxications found worldwide and in Portugal. Concerning the Portuguese situation, on the one hand it will be possible to verify the data available at the Centro de Informação Antivenenos (CIAV) website on a statistic format, and on the other hand, a more particular insight with references and studies made in hospitals throughout the country is made. From here, a mobile app will be conceptualized to notify intoxications to the CIAV in order to facilitate studying intoxication profiles in Portugal. In Chapter II we can find the curricular internship developed at Crespo Pharmacy, in Covilhã, in the district of Castelo Branco, between the 8th of September 2020 and the 22nd of January of 2021. In this period it was possible to understand how the pharmacy operates. The functions and competences of the community pharmacist, as well as the importance of their role in the community.
