| dc.description.abstract | O presente estudo pretende contribuir para um reconhecimento do enquadramento espacial, temporal e histórico das termas do Cró. Abordando questões relacionadas com o património devoluto existente, a soberania do recurso hidrogeológico, a viabilidade da proposta de reabilitação do parque termal, face a diferentes factores internos e externos expostos neste estudo, desde o panorama do termalismo em Portugal à potencialidade dos diferentes bens endógenos. Como se pretende intervir fisicamente num espaço, o estudo dos condicionalismos são uma constante ao longo deste trabalho, de forma a delinear uma proposta funcional, sustentável e dinamizadora do lugar. Espera-se assim que as conclusões obtidas e os benefícios apresentados relativos à reabilitação arquitectónica proposta para o parque termal do Cró sirvam de alicerce para que se adopte a perspectiva estratégica defendida neste estudo, de forma a impulsionar a competitividade do parque e reforçar a ideia de que se trata de um local com potencialidades para ser um destino turístico termal. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | The present study intends to contribute as recognition of space, time and historical framing of the Cró thermal park. Addressing questions related with the derelict existent inheritance, the sovereignty of the hydrogeological resources, the viability of the proposal for the rehabilitation of the thermal park, contemplating different internal and external factors presented in this study provided an overview of hydrotherapy in Portugal of the potential of different endogenous as well. Since one intends to intervene physically in a space, the study of the constraints is a constant along this work, in order to outline a functional, sustainable and proactive proposal for the locus. It is hoped that the conclusions reached and the benefits provided for the architectural rehabilitation proposal for the Cró thermal park serve as a foundation so that a strategic perspective advocated in this study is adopted, in order to boost the competitiveness of the park and reinforce the idea that this is a place with the potential to be a tourist destination thermal park. | |
