Com base na pesquisa realizada a uma amostra dos estudantes da Universidade da Beira
Interior, na Covilhã, foi detetado um problema no acesso à informação de ofertas turísticas
disponíveis na região. Com o conhecimento adquirido da Comunicação Estratégica, foi
realizada uma proposta de interface para mobile media (smartphone) e respetiva
estruturação de orientação e informação, em formato App. Através desta, propõe-se
solucionar a orientação do público-alvo composto por alunos, mas também considerando
académicos e turistas, da forma mais apropriada, ou seja, através dos meios digitais aos quais
o público-alvo mais recorre na atualidade.
O objetivo final é que a aplicação reúna conteúdos informativos e utilitários relativos à oferta
turística da região, oferecendo assim um suporte de auxílio que tenha informações
necessárias e de interesse, através da atualização de dados. Desta forma, o Turismo de
Experiência — que se encontra em ascensão — estará simultaneamente a ser promovido. A
interface da aplicação poderá ser aplicada a um público-alvo e região distintos.

With the acquired knowledge of Strategic Communication, an interface for media mobile (smartphone) and the respective structuring and guidance of information in App format was proposed. This proposal intends to resolve the orientation issues of the public that consists of students as well as academics and tourists in the most appropriate way, in other words, through digital media, which is the channel that the target audience mainly uses. The ultimate goal is that the application meets informative content and utilities related to the tourist offer of the region, providing and aid support that has necessary information and interest, through the data update. Through this way, Tourism Experience — which is on the rise — is simultaneously being promoted. The interface of the application may be applied to a distinct target audience and region.
