With the aim of looking at internal communication in an organizational context and the role it plays in motivating employees, this research, carried out during a threemonth internship in the Communication Department of the EDP Group, led to the obtaining of data that allow us to understand how the challenge of well-structured internal communication, based on a sustained model of leadership, is reflected and interacts with the motivation and satisfaction of employees and the development of organizations.
