O presente relatório, resulta de um estágio curricular de três meses na empresa Be-Wide
Online Solutions, o qual teve como objetivo interligar os conhecimentos que obtive em
mestrado com as atividades diárias de uma empresa que atua no na área do marketing
digital. O relatório descreve a experiência na empresa, as atividades desenvolvidas no
percurso do estágio bem como as lições aprendidas. Por fim apresenta-se os resultados
de um estudo desenvolvido com o objetivo de investigar a adoção e utilização do
marketing digital nas empresas da Madeira, local onde o estágio e a atividade comercial
da empresa hospedeira é desenvolvida.
Os três meses de estágio foram uma experiência enriquecedora para o meu
desenvolvimento académico e pessoal. Resulta da aprendizagem a noção clara que o
marketing digital contribui para a construção de relacionamentos, consolidação
de marcas, elaboração de publicidade, criação de promoções a partir da utilização
eficientemente de dados de pesquisa de mercado. Assim, tomei consciência de que fazer
marketing digital não se trata apenas de usar tecnologias, mas de compreender como os
consumidores utilizam as informações obtidas. No que diz respeito às vantagens e
desvantagens do marketing digital, destaca-se a relação custo-benefício favorável, a
facilidade e rapidez na execução de campanhas, mas também aponta desafios
relacionados à segurança e tecnologia. Para completar esta aprendizagem foi realizado
um estudo com o objetivo de avaliar a adoção de marketing digital pelas empresas da
Madeira, tendo concluído que estas o incorporam em todas as suas estratégias.
Após a conclusão do estágio, sinto-me mais segura e confiante, pois aprendi a lidar com
os erros de uma forma positiva, transformando-os em oportunidades de aprendizagem.
Também adquiri habilidades e familiaridade com o WordPress para a produção de
artigos otimizados para SEO. Para além disso, ao longo do estágio, tive a oportunidade
de fazer networking ao conhecer pessoas que já estavam há mais tempo na empresa e
partilhavam as suas experiências. Trabalhei também em equipa com outra estagiária, o
que me proporcionou momentos de colaboração e aprendizagem conjunta.
This report is the result of a three-month curricular internship at Be-Wide Online Solution, the aim of which was to connect the knowledge I gained during my master's degree with the day-to-day activities of a company operating in the digital marketing field. The report describes the experience at the company, the activities carried out during the internship and the lessons learned. Finally, it presents the results of a study carried out with the aim of investigating the adoption and use of digital marketing in companies in Madeira, where the internship took place and where the host company's commercial activity is carried out. The three-month internship was an enriching experience for my academic and personal development. As a result of my learning experience, I have a clear idea that digital marketing contributes to building relationships, consolidating brands, designing advertising, creating promotions, and using market research data efficiently. As a result, I became aware that digital marketing is not just about using technology, but also about understanding how consumers use the information obtained. Regarding the advantages and disadvantages of digital marketing, the favorable cost-benefit ratio, the ease, and speed with which campaigns can be executed stand out, but there are also challenges related to security and technology. To complete this learning, a study was carried out to assess the adoption of digital marketing by companies in Madeira, which concluded that they incorporate it into all their strategies. After completing the internship, I feel more secure and confident, as I have learned to deal with mistakes positively, turning them into learning opportunities. I also acquired skills and familiarity with WordPress for producing SEO-optimized articles. In addition, throughout the internship, I had the opportunity to network by meeting people who had been with the company longer and sharing their experiences. I also worked in a team with another intern, which gave me moments of collaboration and joint learning.
