The abstract of the master's dissertation addresses the convergence between Lean Manufacturing and the advanced technologies of Industry 4.0 and 5.0, known as Industrial Digitalization. The aim is to improve process efficiency, reduce waste, increase flexibility and customization capabilities, and provide data-driven decision-making. However, there is a literature gap regarding the integration of these approaches in companies with low production volume, high part variability, and high investment costs. In this context, this study proposes a solution for Industrial Digitalization in companies with these characteristics. To illustrate this approach, the Costume Factory of Rede Globo Television Network is used as a case study. The specific challenge faced by the factory is to establish standard production times for its parts. To overcome this challenge, two applications were developed using the Microsoft Power Apps tool, part of the Microsoft Power Platform. Data collection through these applications allowed for standardizing production times, performing statistical analysis of the parts, and consequently improving production planning and control.
