Atualmente vivemos numa era de globalização empresarial, as inovações tecnológicas e o
ambiente competitivo vivido faz com que as organizações se deparem com imensos
problemas, posto isto, para conseguirem operar adequadamente, as empresas vêem-se
obrigadas a controlar todas as áreas que a incorporam, desde os custos e rendimentos até à
monitorização do pessoal da empresa. Neste sentido, o controlo de gestão tem vindo, cada
vez mais, a ganhar uma grande relevância dentro das empresas uma vez que, de um modo
geral, permite direcionar todos os membros da organização para alcançarem os objetivos
organizacionais.
O presente relatório resulta do estágio curricular realizado no departamento de controlo de
gestão na Olano Portugal Logística e distribuição Lda., uma empresa de transporte de
mercadorias a uma temperatura controlada. O objetivo deste estágio era pôr em prática
todos os conhecimentos adquiridos durante a parte letiva do mestrado e da licenciatura,
num contexto organizacional, posto isto, ingressei no estágio para acompanhar a área de
controlo de gestão da empresa, sendo a atividade principal a realização do orçamento da
empresa para o ano de 2023.
We are currently living in an era of corporate globalisation, technological innovations and the competitive environment that organisations are experiencing mean that they are faced with immense problems. In order to operate properly, companies are forced to control all the areas that are part of it, from costs and income to monitoring the company's staff. In this sense, management control has become increasingly important within companies, as it generally allows all members of the organisation to be directed towards achieving the organisational objectives. This report is the result of a curricular internship in the management control department at Olano Portugal Logística e distribuição Lda, a temperature-controlled goods transport company. The aim of this internship was to put into practice all the knowledge acquired during the teaching part of my master's and bachelor's degrees in an organisational context. I therefore joined the internship to work in the company's management control department, the main activity being to draw up the company's budget for 2023.
