Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho tem como objetivo avaliar os impactos da liderança autêntica e do
comprometimento organizacional nos colaboradores em regimes de trabalho remoto e
híbrido. Também se avaliou o impacto destas variáveis no desempenho individual.
Assim desenvolveu-se um estudo quantitativo, com a aplicação de um questionário a
trabalhadores em regime de trabalho remoto ou hibrido, composto por uma escala de
liderança autêntica, uma escala de Comprometimento Organizacional e uma escala de
desempenho individual já validadas para o contexto português.
Em relação aos resultados concluiu-se que a liderança autêntica relaciona-se
positivamente com o desempenho individual e com o comprometimento
organizacional. Concluindo-se ainda que apenas existem diferenças significativas entre
os sujeitos que operam em regime de trabalho remoto e os sujeitos que operam em
regime de trabalho híbrido no comprometimento organizacional, e ainda, que os níveis
hierárquicos mais elevados dentro da organização promovem maiores níveis de
comprometimento organizacional.
The present work aims to evaluate the impacts of authentic leadership and organizational commitment on employees in remote and hybrid work regimes.
