Abstract(s)
O presente trabalho foi realizado no âmbito do estágio desenvolvido no Mestrado em
Gestão. O mesmo foi realizado no Grupo Vila Galé na unidade hoteleira de Manteigas e
permitiu o desenvolvimento das competências e habilidades da aluna, permitindo-lhe
adquirir uma experiência diversificada na área de gestão. Ao longo do relatório será
detalhado todas as tarefas realizadas pela estagiária durante os 5 meses de estágio.
Face ao interesse que a Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho tem disputado na literatura pelas
suas múltiplas vantagens tanto para os indivíduos como para as organizações e sendo a
hotelaria um setor, que sofre com altas taxas de rotatividade e a natureza dos serviços que
fornece é apresentado ainda, um estudo empírico sobre a Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho.
Sendo a sua finalidade analisar a perceção dos colaboradores do Hotel Vila Galé Serra da
Estrela em relação a diversos fatores inerentes à sua vida no trabalho e perceber os seus
níveis de satisfação enquanto colaboradores desta organização.
Os resultados indicam que os colaboradores, em geral, se consideram satisfeitos em relação
à sua Qualidade de Vida no Trabalho.
This work was realized as part of the internship developed in the Master´s Degree in Management. The internship was realized at the Vila Galé Group in the Manteigas hotel and allowed the development of the student´s skills and abilities, allowing her to acquire a diversified experience in the management area. Throughout this document, all the activities realized by the intern during the 5 months internship will be detailed. Due to the interest that Quality of Work Life has disputed in the literature for its multiple advantages for individuals and organizations, and since the hotel industry is a sector that suffers from high turnover rates and the nature of the services provided is presented an empirical study on the Quality of Work Life, It purpose is to analyze the perception of the employees of the Hotel Vila Galé Serra da Estrela about multiples factors inherent to their work life and to understand their levels of satisfaction as employees of this organization. The results indicate that employees, in general, consider themselves satisfied with their Quality of Work life.
