Objetivo:
Analisar artigos científicos publicados em plataformas online no cenário internacional
acerca da temática cuidados paliativos, espiritualidade e gravidez.
Métodos:
Uma revisão Sistemática Integrativa com pesquisa feita durante o mês de setembro nas plataformas PubMed, SciELO, Elsevier e Cochrane bem como artigos de jornais e revistas reconhecidas nas áreas que concernem esta revisão.
Resultados:
Identificaram-se vinte e três artigos, cujas análises literais permitiram a construção de duas
temáticas principais - Espiritualidade nos cuidados paliativos e Espiritualidade na Grávida-
, culminando na construção de um gráfico comparativo que permite responder à questão
guia da revisão.
Conclusão:
Não existem necessidades espirituais extraordinárias na grávida em CP. Existem, todavia,
pontos fundamentais do cuidado da grávida aos quais se deve dar mais atenção numa grávida com doenças potencialmente terminais.

Methods: An Integrative Systematic Review, with research conducted during the month of September in the platforms PubMed, SciELO, Elsevier and Cochrane as well as articles from newspapers and journals recognized in the areas concerning this review. Results: Twenty-tree articles were identified, whose literal analyses allowed the construction of two main thematics: Spirituality in palliative care and Spirituality in Pregnancy. Culminating in the construction of a comparative graphic that allows answering the guiding question of the review. Conclusion: There are no extraordinary spiritual needs in the pregnant woman with PC. There are, however, key points in the care of the pregnant woman that should be given more attention in a pregnant woman with severe illness.
