Abstract(s)
O movimento migratório português para a Suíça constitui o tema central do presente
estudo. A partir da constatação de que os fluxos migratórios de saída não se extinguiram com
o encerramento das fronteiras dos países industrializados da Europa à entrada de imigrantes
laborais, a dissertação orientar-se-á para a análise aprofundada e respetiva resposta prática a
este contexto político e social.
Na sua essência, esta dissertação visa a elaboração de um projeto para um Centro de
Apoio à Integração de Imigrantes e tem como objetivo providenciar respostas de âmbito local
- articuladas ao nível de políticas e práticas nacionais - às necessidades de acolhimento e
integração evidenciadas pelas comunidades imigrantes residentes na Suíça. Deste modo,
pretende-se apoiar e facilitar a resolução dos problemas sentidos por estas comunidades.
O apoio prestado irá consistir em alojamento provisório, que poderá oferecer estabilidade
e auxílio a um início de vida num país cuja legislação não coopera, bem como iniciativas e
atividades conjugadas ao mesmo, permitindo uma maior integração ao emigrante. Procurarse-
á apresentar de forma clara e objetiva um projeto prático que permita aos potenciais
interessados compreender o sistema de vida suíço, em especial, no que respeita ao
reconhecimento de qualificações estrangeiras, contribuindo para a integração dos habitantes
estrangeiros que procuram a Suíça como país de acolhimento.
The Portuguese migration to Switzerland is the focus of this study. From the realization that migration outflows did not die with the closure of the borders of the industrialized countries of Europe at the entrance to labor immigrants, the dissertation will be directed to the respective depth analysis and practical answer to this political context and social. In essence, this work aims to draw up a draft for a Support Centre for Immigrant Integration and aims to provide the local level answers - articulated at the level of national policies and practices - to the reception and integration needs highlighted by immigrant communities resident in Switzerland. Thus, it is intended to support and facilitate the resolution of problems faced by these communities. The support will consist of temporary accommodation, which can provide stability and support to a start in life in a country whose legislation does not cooperate and combined initiatives and activities at the same, allowing for greater integration with the emigrant. Find It will provide a clear and objective way a practical design that enables potential bidders understand the Swiss way of life, in particular as regards the recognition of foreign qualifications, contributing to the integration of foreign residents seeking to Switzerland as the host country.
