Abstract(s)
Tal documento visa a
longo do processo.
This report brings together the experience acquired during the curricular internship process developed in the Production Department of the SODECIA automotive industrial company, within the scope of the Master in Industrial Management and Engineering. This document aims at obtaining the Master Degree. The description of the activities carried out, as well as the approach to theoretical concepts, aim to demonstrate the convenience of the work carried out and the new skills achieved throughout the process. The internship report is divided into 6 chapters, the first two of which refer to a conceptual and theoretical approach and the rest to the description and particularities of the implementation of the various support tools developed. It should be added that Chapter 6 - Final considerations - incorporates a broad conclusion on the degree of achievement of the internship objectives and, at the same time, adds a comprehensive and illuminating overview of the relevance of the study of Workforce Agility, Change Management and Lean thinking and its interconnections with the reality of the company, with the tools implemented and with the vision that is projected for the future. By analyzing the content of this document, it will be possible to internalize the importance of adopting a scientific and contemporary attitude in the performance of the management and leadership functions of people, as well as the relevance of comprehensive and multidisciplinary knowledge to support implementation of improvements or significant changes. Nowadays, it is not enough for the manager to know deeply the functioning of the tools at his disposal, a more comprehensive vision and interpretation of the reality and the environment that surrounds them is necessary and fundamental. Successful management is no longer the result of application of mathematical calculations, but rather a broad act of human action that agglomerates in itself the understanding of humans and of life.
