Abstract(s)
Resumo do Capítulo 1.
Além do referido anteriormente encontramos,
recursos humanos e materiais existentes. Posteriormente encontra-mos descrita todas as
Resumo do Capítulo 2.
Abstract of Chapter1. This document appears in the pedagogical training held in the Secondary School Frei Heitor Pinto, for the 2nd year of the masters in Teaching Physical Education in Primary and Secondary Education. This stage allowed us to put into practice all the knowledge previously acquired through contact with the environment and school community In this document is described all the work done during the school year 2015-2016, Secondary School Frei Heitor Pinto. It begins an approach to the objectives not only of the trainee, but also the school and the group of Physical Education. After a brief description of the school and the sample is performed, as is shown and described a Knowledge Structure Model. In addition to the above we find also described all process of each teaching unit, as well as human and material resources. Later found we described all the fundamental tasks and performed with the group of direction Finally, reference is made to non-teaching activities developed by the group stage, particularly in the Sports School, and the Group of Physical Education. Abstract of Chapter 2. The Heart Rate (HR) indicates a low level, regarding physical effort intensity in physical education classes. In this study, we seek to verify the medium values of Heart Rate (HR) during the different stages of the class, seeking to analyze possible differences in the class in individual or collective teaching units (gymnastics and basketball). The study group was formed by 10 students of 10th grade, female gender, with ages between 14 and 17 years old. The study was realized during 4 classes (2 of each teaching units) in a random way and consisted in registering values of the HR during the classes, using CF monitors (Polar Electronic, model FT1). After collecting and analyzing the obtained data, it was verified that there were differences between sports, in the phases that make up the class, just as the classes in study. The students register higher values during basketball classes rather than gymnastics classes, during the exercising phase.
