| dc.description.abstract | Efectuámos uma análise do perfil da personagem da bruxa em contos populares e contos infantis, com o intuito de relacionar o seu estereótipo num contexto narrativo diferente. Para tal, efectuámos um estudo exaustivo, comparando a bruxa nos níveis linguístico, retórico, narrativo, axiológico e semiótico-contextual. Para investigar esta personagem seleccionaram-se contos da literatura de tradição oral e contos infantis, na sua versão escrita, onde a bruxa se movimentava. Analisámos, numa primeira fase, o estereótipo da feiticeira nos contos populares «Hansel e Gretel» e «Rapunzel», dos irmãos Grimm. Posteriormente, estudámos a bruxa no universo dos contos infantis «A Sereiazinha», de Hans Christian Andersen, e A Vassoura Mágica, de Luísa Ducla Soares. Destacámos as alterações do estereótipo da bruxa no conto ao longo dos tempos, fruto da influência da época em que se movimentavam. Começou por ser uma mulher descriminada e perseguida, projectando-se este perfil na bruxa dos contos populares. Na actualidade, a imagem da mulher e o seu papel na sociedade são valorizados, contribuindo estes aspectos para a construção de uma personagem mais humanizada, menos feia e maldosa. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | We have made the character profile analysis of the witch in folktales and fairytales, so as to relate its stereotype in different narrative contexts. In order to do this, we performed a comprehensive study comparing the witch character in five different levels: linguistic, rhetorical, narrative, axiological and semiotic-contextual. To investigate this character, written folk and fairy tales where the witch appeared were selected. We initially made an analysis of the stereotype of the sorceress in «Hansel and Gretel» and «Rapunzel», written by the Grimm bothers. After, we studied the witch in the fairytales universe of «The Little Mermaid», written by Hans Christian Andersen, and The Magic Broom, by Luísa Ducla Soares. We have highlighted the changes in the witch stereotype through the times, a result of the time influence in which they lived. It started by being a discriminated and persecuted woman, whose profile was projected in folktales. Nowadays, the woman‟s image as well as her role in society are valued, thus, contributing to the building of a more human character, less ugly and mean. | |
