Abstract(s)
O presente relatório de estágio pedagógico foi realizado no âmbito do Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário, pela Universidade da Beira Interior, e descreve o meu percurso formativo e profissionalizante ao longo do ano letivo 2024/2025. O estágio decorreu na Escola Secundária Nuno Álvares, do Agrupamento de Escolas Nuno Álvares de Castelo Branco, envolvendo a intervenção direta em turmas dos 2.º e 3.º ciclos do ensino básico e do ensino secundário, bem como a participação ativa em projetos de Desporto Escolar e atividades da comunidade educativa. A componente letiva centrou-se no planeamento, lecionação e avaliação de aulas de Educação Física, com enfoque na promoção de aprendizagens significativas, inclusivas e ajustadas às necessidades dos alunos. Paralelamente, foram dinamizadas atividades no âmbito da direção de turma, eventos escolares e ações interdisciplinares. A avaliação da aptidão física dos alunos foi também objeto de estudo, recorrendo a instrumentos do programa FITescola®, contribuindo para a reflexão sobre os níveis de condição física dos jovens e a importância da promoção de estilos de vida ativos e saudáveis. Este estágio revelou-se essencial para a consolidação de competências pedagógicas, profissionais e pessoais, promovendo o desenvolvimento de uma prática docente reflexiva, crítica e ética, alinhada com os princípios de uma escola inclusiva e promotora de cidadania.
This pedagogical internship report was carried out as part of the Master's Degree in Physical Education Teaching in Basic and Secondary Education at the University of Beira Interior and describes my educational and professional development throughout the 2024/2025 academic year. The internship took place at Escola Secundária Nuno Álvares, part of the Nuno Álvares School Cluster in Castelo Branco, involving direct teaching intervention in lower and upper secondary classes, as well as active participation in School Sports and broader school community activities. The teaching component focused on the planning, implementation, and assessment of Physical Education lessons, aiming to promote meaningful and inclusive learning experiences tailored to students' needs. In parallel, the trainee participated in class council activities, school-wide events, and interdisciplinary projects. The evaluation of students’ physical fitness, using tools from the FITescola®, program, was also analyzed, contributing to reflections on youth physical condition and the importance of encouraging healthy and active lifestyles. This internship was fundamental for the consolidation of pedagogical, professional, and personal competences, fostering a reflective, critical, and ethical teaching practice aligned with the principles of an inclusive school and the promotion of citizenship.
