Abstract(s)
O estudo consiste na análise e avaliação do estado de conservação do património
religioso no concelho do Sabugal, região Centro de Portugal, tendo por base os
inventários e os dados produzidos pelas entidades que o tutelam. O universo de
referência do estudo são os bens patrimoniais religiosos do concelho, incluídos nos três
graus existentes de classificação portuguesa: Monumento Nacional (MN), Interesse
Público (IP) e Interesse Municipal (IM), bem como, os demais bens, já identificados e
assinalados pela sua singularidade ou representatividade.
Os trabalhos de atualização e diagnóstico têm o apoio dos Sistemas de Informação
Geográfica - SIG. Desta forma, além da localização, efetuada através de
georreferenciação, anexou-se à cada um dos bens, uma Ficha de Avaliação do Estado de
Conservação do Património Religioso - FAEC - PR - base de dados relacional, através
da qual, foram atribuídos, um conjunto de informações sobre o estado de preservação -
anomalias e dissonâncias - e as possíveis condições que as motivaram. No que respeita
às avaliações, têm como base principal um dos trabalhos desenvolvidos e experiência
vivida pela primeira pessoa na Direção Regional de Cultura do Centro no âmbito da
salvaguarda do património edificado, bem como, normas estabelecidas pela Comissão
Pontifícia para os Bens Culturais da Igreja (CPBCI) e toda a legislação, cartas e
convenções relacionadas.
O levantamento da informação permitirá avaliar as ações humanas ao longo do tempo e
prever estratégias no sentido de beneficiarem de um enquadramento e tratamento que
vise a preservação e melhor fruição dos bens imóveis.
The study consists in the analysis and evaluation of the conservation’s states of the religious heritage in the Sabugal, central region of Portugal, based on the inventories and data produced by the entities that supervise it. The reference universe of the study is the municipality's religious patrimony, included in the three existing degrees of portuguese classification: National Monument (MN), Public Interest (PI) and Municipal Interest (IM), as well as other assets already identified and marked by their uniqueness or representativeness. The updating and diagnosis work is supported by the Geographic Information Systems - GIS. Thus, in addition to the location, carried out through georeferencing, an Evaluation Form for the State of Conservation of Religious Heritage - FAEC - PR - was attached to each of the assets, through which a relational database was assigned a set of information about the state of preservation - anomalies and dissonances - and the possible conditions that motivated them. With regard to the evaluations, they are based mainly on one of the works developed and experience lived by the first person in the Regional Directorate of Culture of the Center in the scope of the safeguarding of the built heritage, as well as, norms established by the Pontifical Commission for the Church's Cultural Property ( CPBCI) and all related legislation, letters and conventions. The collection of information will allow us to evaluate human actions over time and to previse strategies to benefit from a framework and treatment aim at the preservation and better enjoyment of real estate.
