Abstract(s)
Numa perspetiva pós-covid, os turistas procuram experiências onde haja maior
interação com as populações locais, influenciando assim a escolha do destino turístico,
uma vez que são considerados fatores como a descoberta da envolvente territorial
(natureza, tradições) e as atividades lúdicas disponíveis (exploração de tradições).
Este projeto pretende conceber e avaliar a viabilidade económica e financeira da
criação de uma unidade de Turismo em Espaço Rural, recorrendo à elaboração de um
Plano de Negócios. Prevê a reabilitação de uma herdade, de maneira que esta seja capaz
de receber o turismo rural, e assim promover o que de melhor se desenvolve na região.
O empreendimento situar-se-á na Herdade do Pereiro localizada no concelho de
Marvão, com efeito de dar resposta a uma lacuna identificada na região.
In a post-covid perspective, tourists seek experiences where there is greater interaction with local populations, thus influencing the choice of tourist destination, since factors such as the discovery of the territorial surroundings (nature, traditions) and the recreational activities available (exploration of traditions) are considered. This project aims to design and evaluate the economic and financial viability of creating a Rural Tourism unit, using the development of a Business Plan. It foresees the rehabilitation of a farm, so that it will be able to receive rural tourism, and thus promote what is best developed in the region. The enterprise will be located in Herdade do Pereiro, located in the municipality of Marvão, with the effect of responding to a gap identified in the region.
