Abstract(s)
Esta dissertação consiste no estudo conceptual da estrutura e no dimensionamento estrutural
do novo ultraligeiro de alta velocidade da empresa Eurosportaircraft. A dissertação do Eng. Luís
Ferreira, onde foi feito um estudo preliminar da aeronave, e as normas CS-VLA serviram de guias
a esta dissertação. Após o estudo conceptual da asa, das empenagens e da fuselagem, foram
feitos cálculos preliminares estruturais de modo a obter-se um ponto de partida dimensional das
mesmas, através do uso do software de cálculo numérico Matlab. Após o cálculo, procedeu-se à
simulação e otimização da estrutura, através do uso do Ansys, que é um software de simulação
para engenharia, que utiliza métodos de elementos finitos para resolução de problemas, a fim
de se obter os melhores resultados possíveis. Os resultados obtidos foram satisfatórios pois,
quer os requisitos estruturais de voo, quer os limites de peso da aeronave foram cumpridos.
This thesis consists on the conceptual study and structural dimensioning of Eurosportaircraft’s new very light airplane. The dissertation of Eng. Luís Ferreira, where the preliminary study of the airplane was made, and CS-VLA certifications, were the basis for this thesis. After the conceptual study of the wing, the empennagens and the fuselage, preliminary structural calculations were made to obtain a dimensional starting point, using the numerical computing environment, Matlab. With those starting points, we proceeded to simulate and optimize the structure, using Ansys, which is a simulating software for engineering that uses finite element methods, to obtain the best possible results. The desirable results were obtained because the limits of weight and the flight structural requirements of the airplane were met.
