Estruturar um departamento comercial numa empresa é de crucial importância com vista a fomentar a procura e o desenvolvimento do negócio.
É, pois, necessário definir uma boa estratégia de abordagem ao mercado e adequar o departamento comercial a essa estratégia.
O presente estudo debruça-se sobre o desafio de estruturar e organizar o departamento comercial de uma empresa startup de base tecnológica. A sua oferta diferencia-se com várias características inovadoras e é direcionada para o mercado alvo, muito bem definido, das Colectividades e Associações Recreativas, Culturais e Desportivas.
O resultado do trabalho permite à empresa proceder à constituição do departamento comercial de forma sustentada com base em critérios e dados objectivos.
Design a sales department within a company is of crucial importance in order to stimulate demand and develop the business. It is therefore necessary to define a good strategy to approach the market and prepare the sales department to that strategy. This study is about the challenging task of organizing and structuring the sales department for a technology based startup. This company’s offer is differentiated with many innovative aspects, and its target market is very well defined for Recreational, Cultural and Sports Groups. This study will allow this company to build a sales department in a supported manner, relying on objective data and criteria.
