No âmbito do 2º Ciclo de Estudos em Ciências do Desporto - Treino
Desportivo, na Universidade da Beira Interior, foi realizado um estágio curricular
na equipa profissional do Vitória Sport Clube - Futebol SAD. Este relatório teve
como objetivo descrever a experiência vivenciada durante a época desportiva em
relação à área de intervenção do estagiário. Em adição, foi realizado um trabalho
de investigação que teve com principal objetivo verificar os efeitos da aplicação
de um programa específico de exercícios de ginásio, no desempenho físico de
jogadores sub-13
Foi realizado um trabalho de investigação, que teve como principal
objetivo verificar os efeitos de um programa de treino específico que incorporava
movimentos específicos (Agachar, Empurrar, Puxar, Levantar e Estabilizar), no
desempenho físico de jogadores sub-13. Os resultados permitiram verificar a
existência de diferenças significativas na melhoria de todas as componentes
avaliadas entre o primeiro período (M1) e o segundo período (M2). Em adição,
verificou-se que após o período de destreino(M3), houve melhorias significativas
nas componentes de aceleração (10m) e velocidade (20m), entre M2 e M3, e essas
melhorias também foram observadas entre M1 e M3, onde também foram
verificadas melhorias em relação à resistência.
Em resumo, o plano de treino teve um efeito positivo em todas as
componentes, destacando-se a resistência. Esses resultados fornecidos, são
valiosos para o treino desportivo e, podem ajudar a otimizar os programas de
treino para jovens atletas.
As part of the 2nd Cycle of Studies in Sports Sciences - Sports Training, at the University of Beira Interior, a curricular internship was carried out in the professional team of Vitória Sport Clube - Futebol SAD. This report aimed to describe the experience during the sports season in relation to the intern's area of intervention. In addition, research work was carried out with the main objective of verifying the effects of applying a specific gym exercise program on the physical performance of under-13 players. Research work was carried out, the main objective of which was to verify the effects of a specific training program that incorporated specific movements (Squatting, Pushing, Pulling, Lifting and Stabilizing), on the physical performance of under-13 players. The results made it possible to verify the existence of significant differences in the improvement of all components evaluated between the first period (M1) and the second period (M2). In addition, it was found that after the detraining period (M3), there were significant improvements in the acceleration (10m) and speed (20m) components, between M2 and M3, and these improvements were also observed between M1 and M3, where also improvements were seen in relation to resistance. In summary, the training plan had a positive effect on all components, especially resistance. These results and insights provided are valuable for sports training and can help optimize training programs for young athletes.
