Abstract(s)
A globalização, a intensa competitividade, o crescente comércio internacional e
a harmonização da legislação conduzem as organizações a procurarem novos
mecanismos para a sua sobrevivência. Muitos destes mecanismos passam pela
implementação de sistemas de gestão integrada que têm por base referenciais
normativos. A abordagem integrada de actividades, quando alinhada eficazmente,
assegura benefícios substanciais às organizações, como a redução de custos de
implementação, a optimização do processo e a diminuição de redundâncias. A presente
dissertação intitula-se de “A importância da Norma de implementação de Sistemas de
Gestão da Manutenção na integração de Sistemas de Gestão” e aborda a temática dos
sistemas de gestão integrados, incidindo-se na recente norma NP 4483:2009 que
especifica os requisitos de um Sistema de Gestão da Manutenção. Esta área tem um
papel muito importante para a realização da cadeia de valor de uma organização, pois
engloba vários processos e muitos destes dependem do desempenho de máquinas e
equipamentos para o seu sucesso. Assim, a manutenção do equipamento permite que os
níveis de desempenho desejados sejam alcançados durante o processo de produção.
Pretende-se com este trabalho, demonstrar a possibilidade de integrar um Sistema de
Gestão da Manutenção com outros sistemas, nomeadamente os Sistema de Gestão da
Qualidade, do Ambiente e da Segurança e Saúde no Trabalho, tendo por base os
referenciais normativos correspondentes, e apresentar uma proposta de guia de
implementação, bem como a influência e benefícios que esta integração pode trazer.
Globalization, intense competition, international trade growth and harmonization of legislation led the organizations to seek new mechanisms for their survival. Many of these are mechanisms for implementing integrated management systems that are based on reference standards. The integrated approach to activities when effectively aligned, provides substantial benefits to organizations, such as reducing implementation costs, process optimization and redundancies reducing. This dissertation is entitled " A importância da Norma de implementação de Sistemas de Gestão da Manutenção na integração de Sistemas de Gestão " and addresses the theme of integrated management systems, focusing on the recent standard NP 4483:2009 which specifies the requirements of a Maintenance Management System. This area has a very important role for the conception of the value chain of an organization, as it covers many processes and many of these depend on the performance of machinery and equipment for its success. Thus, maintenance of equipment allows the performance level required to be achieved during the production processes. The aim of this work is to, demonstrate the possibility of including a Maintenance Management System with other systems, including the Quality Management System, Environment and Health and Safety at Work, based on the corresponding reference standards and, present a draft for an implementation guide and, the consequence and benefits that this integration might bring.
