| dc.description.abstract | Este estudo qualitativo explorou o potencial das atividades de base cultural no ensino e aprendizagem do tópico 1.4.1 do Programa de Geometria Analítica II do primeiro ano de Matemática da Escola Superior Pedagógica do Bié, referente às curvas cónicas. Foram seguidas duas abordagens: a Etnomatemática e a Educação Matemática Realística (EMR). O contexto sócio-cultural do estudo foi o município do Cuito, na Província do Bié em Angola, mais especificamente, o contexto educativo da Escola superior Pedagógica do Bié. Objetivou-se em extrair ideias matemáticas de atividades culturais em algumas aldeias tradicionais do município do Cuito, para auferir uma proposta pedagógica de intervenção na cadeira de Geometria Analítica. Este estudo tem o seu enquadramento teórico na concepção histórico-cultural de Vigostsky com base às potencialidades que brindam as duas abordagens escolhidas. | dc.description.abstract | This qualitative study explored the potential of the cultural based activities in the teaching and learning of topic 1.4.1 of the Program of Analytical Geometry Il of the first year of Mathematics Degree in Bié Pedagogical Higher Education School referring to the conic curves. Two approaches were followed: Ethnomathematics and Realistic Mathematical Education (RIME). The socio-cultural context of the study was the municipality of Cuito, in the Province of Bié in Angola, more specifically, the educational context of Bié Pedagogical Higher Education School. The objective was to extract mathematical ideas of cultural activities in some traditional villages of the municipality of Cuito, to obtain a pedagogical proposal of intervention in the Analytic Geometry Course. This study has its theoretical framework in the historical-cultural conception of Vigostsky based on the potentialities offered by the two approaches chosen. The research was directed to answer the following question: What is the potential of the geometric ideas associated with the cultural activities of the municipality of Cuito in the teaching of Analytical Geometry? | eng |
