Abstract(s)
O objetivo principal deste presente trabalho conduz à análise, desenvolvimento e reflexão de uma investigação inserida no Empreendedorismo e Serviço Social.
As organizações do terceiro setor no que diz respeito ao seu funcionamento, à sua organização ou seja à sua gestão, aproximam-se cada vez mais ou adotam os mesmos sistemas organizativos das empresas convencionais. Por sua vez, os funcionários e técnicos que detêm um papel importante na realização das suas funções dentro de cada instituição, por vezes adotam uma posição que visa o bem coletivo ou podem enfatizar as necessidades do indivíduo em vez das do grupo. Assim, achou-se pertinente perceber como os indivíduos encaram o modelo organizativo em que estão inseridos e se adotam um comportamento mais aproximado do individualismo ou do coletivismo no seu quotidiano.
Nas instituições sociais em que se realizou esta pesquisa foi possível apurar através das entrevistas realizadas, que o modelo de gestão que utilizam aproxima-se do modelo de gestão por competências. Este modelo dos recursos humanos, centra-se na ideia de que o desenvolvimento da organização se baseia no desenvolvimento das pessoas para o desempenho do trabalho, que é executado em equipa, com capacidade de planificação, comunicação, tomada de decisões e construção de relações. Detém como principais caraterísticas a ligação entre indivíduos, obtenção de bons resultados, diferenciação no posto de trabalho, (Cortés,2009:105).
Verificou-se também que os trabalhadores das organizações sociais estudadas têm uma perspetiva mais coletivista na realização das suas funções pois existe uma consciência grupal em termos de concretização de objetivos comuns.
The main objective of this present work leads to the analysis, development and reflection of an investigation inserted in Entrepreneurship and Social Service. The third setor organizations with regard to their functioning, their organization or its management, are close to increasingly adopt the same or organizational systems of conventional companies.In turn, employees and technicians who hold an important role in carrying out its functions within each institution, sometimes adopt a position that seeks the common good or may emphasize the needs of the individual rather than the group. Thus, it was felt appropriate to see how individuals perceive the organizational model in which they live and if they adopt a behavior closer individualism or collectivism in everyday life. Social institutions in which they carried out this research could be ascertained through interviews, that the model management approaches that use the model competency management. This model belongs to human resources, it focuses on the idea that the development of the organization is based on the development of people to work performance, which runs as a team, with capacity planning, communication, decision-making and building relationships. Holds as main characteristics the connection between individuals, obtaining good results, differentiation in the workplace, (Cortés, 2009:105). It was also found that workers of social organizations studied have a more collectivist perspective in carrying out their duties because there is a group consciousness to accomplish common goals.
