Abstract(s)
A filosofia Lean surgiu no setor automóvel e atingiu grande notoriedade mundial, é aplicável a várias áreas de economia, indústria e serviços, tanto no setor público como no privado. O objetivo principal deste estudo é identificar como a filosofia Lean pode ser implementada no sector de ensino em Angola, e quais os obstáculos e benefícios daí decorrentes. Para a concretização deste estudo foi realizada uma revisão bibliográfica, procurando-se identificar os artigos mais relevantes relacionados com o pensamento Lean nos serviços. Foi também elaborada uma análise do processo de matrículas e inscrições na universidade 11 de novembro em Angola, de forma a compreender como ocorrem estes processos.
Como conclusão do trabalho efetuado verificou-se que são vários os fatores que promovem os desperdícios durante os processos de inscrição e de matrículas, pelo que se sugere uma proposta de melhoria dos processos.
The Lean philosophy that has emerged in the automotive sector and has achieved great worldwide renown, is applicable to various areas of economy, industry and services, both in the public and private sectors.
