| dc.description.abstract | O voluntariado foi escolhido como mote para a presente investigação, nomeadamente aquele que é exercido por estudantes do ensino superior. Para que a análise seja o mais completa possível, torna-se pertinente elucidar o leitor para a realidade do trabalho voluntário não só a nível nacional mas também em contexto europeu. Por fim, a análise teórica direcionar-se-á para o objetivo desta dissertação, o estudo do voluntariado universitário. A investigação empírica irá decorrer em pleno contexto académico, através da auscultação dos alunos que integram o primeiro e o terceiro ano do 1ºciclo de estudos da Universidade da Beira Interior (UBI), na tentativa de encontrar não só os voluntários mas também aqueles que em nada estão ligados a este domínio. Será a socialização uma forte motivação para o início do trabalho voluntário? Que benefícios pretendem os jovens adquirir com a sua ação enquanto voluntários? Em que aspetos estarão os voluntários e os não voluntários em concordância? E o percurso académico inibe ou potencia o trabalho voluntário? Estas são algumas das questões desmistificadas mais à frente. | por |
| dc.description.abstract | The volunteering was the chosen topic for the present investigation, in particular the one that is exercised by students in higher education. For a more complete analysis, it is necessary to elucidate the reader about the volunteering work not only in a national way but also, European way. Finally the theoretic analysis will focus in the volunteering practiced by the university. The empirical research will happen in the academic context, by means of a questionnaire for students of first and third years of the first academic cycle of studies from University of the Beira Interior (UBI), in attempt to identify the students that are volunteer and those who aren´t. Is the socialization a very important motivation for the beginning of the volunteer work? What benefits can young people obtain from the volunteering action? In what ways are volunteers and not volunteers in agreement? And if the academy inhibits or enhances the volunteer work. These are some of the issues demystified ahead. | |
