Este relatório de estágio é apresentado à Universidade da Beira Interior e a Universidade Europeia-IADE, Faculdade de Design, Tecnologia e Comunicação, para cumprir os requisitos de obtenção do Grau de Mestre em Branding e Design de Moda. O presente relatório tem como objetivo principal a validação das competências adquiridas na formação académica em contexto real no decorrer da experiência profissional obtida pela aluna Cristiana Margarida Nunes Capinha, durante o seu estágio curricular no atelier do designer estilista Carlos Gil, sediado no Fundão, Castelo Branco, realizado entre os meses de julho de 2023 e dezembro de 2023. O referido estágio curricular teve como objetivo colocar em prática os conhecimentos adquiridos ao longo de todo o percurso académico enquadrado num conceito teórico associado: Slow Fashion, e a sua relação com os projetos acompanhados ao longo do estágio, bem como todo o funcionamento e organização de um atelier de moda de autor. O relatório pretende fazer uma resenha àquilo que foi o percurso no atelier, nas mais diversas vertentes associadas à Marca Carlos Gil e ao trabalho como designer de autor. Ao longo deste tempo, experienciou-se diferentes projetos, técnicas e métodos de trabalho no que respeita à comunicação da marca Carlos Gil e aos projetos desenvolvidos e produzidos no atelier com produção local enquadrados no conceito slow-fashion. Conclui-se a importância de um estágio em contexto real para validação das competências adquiridas ao longo da formação académica, mas também como objetivo de adquirir novos conhecimentos e competências relacionadas com o mercado, mais especificamente num mercado de marcas gama premium/luxo e de designer de autor. Do ponto de vista de competências pessoais pode-se ainda concluir a necessidade de uma aprendizagem complementar de planeamento de projetos em equipa no decorrer do estágio.
This internship report is presented to the University of Beira Interior and the European University-IADE, Faculty of Design, Technology and Communication, to fulfill the requirements for obtaining a Master's Degree in Branding and Fashion Design. The main objective of this report is to describe the professional experience gained by the student Cristiana Margarida Nunes Capinha, during her curricular internship at the atelier of the designer Carlos Gil, situated in Fundão, Castelo Branco, which took place between July 2023 and December 2023. The aim of this curricular internship was to put into practice the knowledge acquired throughout the academic course and the operation and organization of a designer fashion atelier. The report is intended to give an overview of my time at the atelier, in all its different aspects. Throughout this time, we experienced different techniques and working methods regarding the tasks of a fashion atelier. All of this has created an atmosphere and an environment in the work and the chain of tasks that it entails regarding the concept of Carlos Gil Trade, its communication and the projects development and production at the atelier by the concept of slow fashion. As conclusion, the importance of the internship as a way of validation of skills acquired throughout academic training, as also as aim of acquiring new knowledge and skills related to the work market., and specifically a market of premium/luxurious trade and of author designer. From the point of view of the personal skills it is also possible to conclude that the need for additional learning about team project planning during the internship.
