O presente documento foi desenvolvido no âmbito da Unidade Curricular de Estágio
Pedagógico, inserida no 2º Ciclo de estudos do Mestrado em Ensino de Educação Física
nos Ensinos Básico e Secundário da Universidade da Beira Interior. Neste sentido,
pretende evidenciar a prática de ensino supervisionada, realizada, no ano letivo
2022/2023, na Escola Secundária Campos Melo. Genericamente, o Relatório de Estágio
encontra-se dividido em dois capítulos. O primeiro, “Intervenção Pedagógica”, com o
intuito de apresentar o trabalho efetuado com os diferentes ciclos de ensino; expor as
atividades executadas, no decorrer do ano letivo; relatar a participação no Desporto
Escolar; evidenciar o trabalho concebido na assessoria à Direção de Turma e demonstrar
a integração, enquanto Professor Estagiário, com os intervenientes da comunidade
escolar.
O segundo, “Investigação e Inovação Pedagógica”, onde se pretende expor o Projeto de
Investigação elaborado durante o ano e que teve como propósito averiguar a influência
da Prática de Atividade Física nos resultados escolares. O estudo contou com a
participação de cinquenta e um estudantes do 10º e 11º anos de escolaridade da Escola
Secundária Campos Melo. Para este estudo, foi utilizado o IPAQ (International Physical
Activity Questionnaire) versão curta e as suas diretrizes para o processamento e a
análise de dados, como forma de classificar os alunos no nível de Atividade Física
realizado, também foram utilizadas as classificações finais dos participantes nas
disciplinas de Filosofia, Português, Língua Estrangeira e Educação Física. Dos
resultados obtidos no Projeto de Investigação efetuado, conclui-se que esta relação é
apenas estatisticamente significativa e positiva nas classificações finais da disciplina de
Educação Física. Neste sentido, níveis mais elevados de Atividade Física são preditores
de classificações superiores na disciplina de Educação Física pelo que deve existir uma
maior preocupação por parte dos estabelecimentos de ensino na promoção da Prática de
Atividade Física.
This document was developed within the scope of the Internship Curricular Unit Pedagogical, inserted in the 2nd Cycle of studies of the Master's Degree in Physical Education in Basic and Secondary Education of the University of Beira Interior. Therefore, intends to evidence the practice of supervised teaching, carried out, in the school year 2022/2023, at Campos Melo Secondary School. Generically, the Internship Report it is divided into two chapters. The first chapter, "Pedagogical Intervention", to present the work achieved with the two different cycles of education; expose the activities performed during the school year; report participation in School Sports; to highlight the work conceived during the support provided to the Director of Class and demonstrate integration with the school community stakeholders as a Trainee Teacher. The second chapter, "Research and Pedagogical Innovation", where it is intended to expose the Research Project developed during the year and whose purpose was to verify the influence of the Practice of Physical Activity on school results. The study involved the participation of fifty-one students from the 10th and 11th grades at Campos Melo Secondary School. For this study, the short version of the IPAQ (International Physical Activity Questionnaire) and its guidelines for data processing and analysis, were used to classify the students based on their level of physical activity, the final results of the participants in the subjects of Philosophy, Portuguese, Foreign Language and Physical Education were also used. The results obtained in the Research Project carried out, concluded that this relationship is only statistically significant and positive in the final grades of the discipline of Physical Education. In this regard, higher levels of physical activity are predictors of higher grades in Physical Education, which should lead educational institutions to have a greater concern in promoting the Practice of Physical Activity.
