Abstract(s)
Através da análise e comparação de filmes rodados no concelho de Arganil entre 1973 e
2022, procura-se entender como Arganil é representada no cinema e identificar a
comunidade de cinema existente.
Tendo por base as noções de corpus e de comunidade inoperada desenvolvidas por
Jean-Luc Nancy, e o conceito de comunidade de cinema apresentado por César
Guimarães, pretende-se debater como as narrativas, os cenários e os personagens
produziram imagens que possibilitam um futuro reencontro com a comunidade, mas
também, qual é a Arganil representada nos filmes, quais são as suas imagens e de que
falam.
A fratura (entre a imagem do contato e a imagem atual), a partida (gerando um
espaçamento de tempo em que o corpo já não está onde estava) e o ser estrangeiro
tornam-se ideias chave na intenção de obter a carnação e a multiplicidade da
comunidade de cinema interpretada a partir dos exemplos fílmicos trabalhados,
permitindo a reflexão entre o eu (Arganil) e o mundo (cinema).
Through analysis and comparison of the films produced in Arganil's county between 1973 and 2022, we seek to understand how Arganil is represented in cinema and to identify the existing community of cinema. Connected with corpus and the inoperative community notions advanced by Jean-Luc Nancy, and the concept of community of cinema presented by César Guimarães, the aim is to discuss how the narratives, the sceneries and the characters formed images that enable a future reencounter with the community, but also, what Arganil is present at the movies, which are its images and what they say. The fracture (between contact picture and current picture), the departure (originating a time spacing where the body is not where it was) and the foreigner become keywords with the intention of obtaining the carnation and the plurality of the community of cinema supported by the analysed film examples, allowing the reflection between the I (Arganil) and the world (cinema).
