O presente relatório foi desenvolvido no âmbito da Unidade Curricular Estágio
Pedagógico, inserida no 2º Ciclo de estudos em Ensino de Educação Física nos Ensinos
Básico e Secundário da Universidade da Beira Interior. O estágio pedagógico foi
realizado no Agrupamento de Escola do Fundão, na Escola Básica dos 2º e 3º Ciclos de
João Franco e na Escola Secundária do Fundão, durante o ano letivo 2024/2025. O
relatório está dividido em duas partes, abordando, no primeiro capítulo o tema da
“Intervenção Pedagógica”, onde será apresentado todo o trabalho efetuado ao longo do
ano letivo na turma do 6º ano e do 10º ano profissional, tendo sido a segunda turma
partilhada com os restantes estagiários. Neste capítulo, estará representado o
planeamento, o processo de ensino aprendizagem e a avaliação em cada um dos ciclos.
Além disto, todo o trabalho realizado nas atividades ao longo do ano letivo e o
acompanhamento da direção de turma. Terá ainda presente um pequeno texto sobre a
minha evolução profissional e, por fim, uma reflexão de todo o ano.
O segundo capítulo, abordada o tema da “Investigação e Inovação Pedagógica”, que tem
como objetivo principal averiguar as motivações e os objetivos relacionados com a
prática da modalidade de Fitness dos alunos. O estudo conteve 129 participantes, com
idades compreendidas entre os 15 e 19 anos. Foi elaborado um questionário, ao qual os
alunos responderam, e os dados do FITescola também foram utilizados para analisar a
condição física dos participantes. O tratamento estatístico foi realizado no programa IBM
SPSS Statistics. O estudo veio comprovar que a quantidade de alunos que pratica a
modalidade de Fitness é bastante inferior à quantidade de alunos que não pratica. Os
participantes identificaram ganhar massa muscular e manter-se ativos como os
principais objetivos; e falta de tempo, falta de motivação e o facto de as instalações serem
longe de casa como os principais motivos de não praticar a modalidade. Como limitações
do estudo, destaca-se pelo tamanho de amostra e a honestidade dos participantes na
resposta ao questionário.
The present report was developed within the scope of the Curricular Unit Pedagogical Internship, part of the 2nd Cycle of studies in Teaching Physical Education in Basic and Secondary Education at the University of Beira Interior. The pedagogical internship was carried out in the Fundão School Group, at João Franco Basic School (2nd and 3rd cycles) and Fundão Secondary School, during the 2024/2025 school year. The report is divided into two parts. The first chapter addresses the theme of 'Pedagogical Intervention', in which all the work carried out throughout the school year with a 6thgrade class and a 10th-grade vocational class will be presented, the latter being shared with the other interns. This chapter includes the planning, the teaching-learning process, and the assessment in each of the cycles. In addition, all the work developed in school activities throughout the academic year and the follow-up of the class director will be presented. It will also include a short text about my professional development and, finally and, finally, a reflection of the entire year. The second chapter addresses the theme of 'Research and Pedagogical Innovation', whose main objective is to investigate the students’ motivations and goals related to the practice of the Fitness modality. The study included 129 participants, aged between 15 and 19 years. A questionnaire was developed and answered by the students, and data from FITescola were also used to analyze the participants' physical condition. Statistical analysis was performed using the IBM SPSS Statistics program. The study confirmed that the number of students who practice Fitness is significantly lower than the number who do not. Participants identified gaining muscle mass and staying active as their main goals, and lack of time, lack of motivation, and the distance of the facilities from home as the main reasons for not practicing the activity. As limitations of the study, the sample size and the honesty of participants in answering the questionnaire stand out.
